Experienced in both staffing and school counseling, Tiffany Hustis entered the professional world as a graduate of the bachelor of arts program in psychology at Boston College. She went on to become a branch manager for Manpower Incorporated, where she built experience in the recruitment, candidate support, and billing aspects of the staffing industry. Tiffany Hustis then applied these skills as a staffing specialist at Gibbs College Placement Agency, through which she counseled job applicants and worked with clients to develop contracts.

Tiffany Hustis then shifted her attention to administrative and payroll functions as an office manager for E-Richards Consulting in Fairfield, Connecticut. In 2004, she returned to higher education when she began a master of arts program in school counseling at Boston College. She developed a working familiarity with the whole-child philosophy of counseling, as recommended by the American School Counselor Association, and gained practical experience as an intern in the greater Boston area.

While completing her graduate degree, Tiffany Hustis served as office manager with Adecco Technical Staffing, where she kept up her experience in and knowledge of the staffing industry. She left the work force in 2007 to become a full-time mother and has now raised three children to school age. Currently she is working toward securing a professional position in either of her fields of expertise.
